Why External roller blinds? Simply because they perform better at lowering internal temperatures than their internal counterparts. They also can be useful if your windows open inward and fitting blinds internally are impossible.

Internal fabric blinds unless they are our high performance solar blinds against heat are inadequate. Internal films need to be very dark to perform, external films works very well but on horizontal application life span is not great. This is where external roof blinds really do triumph and excel in heat reduction performance and longevity.
